StygianCore Has released a HD client upgrade for wotlk 3.3.5a details can be found here

This is designed for admin usage on the stygiancore repack but you can disable the gm addons and you will have a HD version of WOTLK with some very nice upgrades including always keeping cache clean ENJOY
